How far ahead should I order?
Most cakes need at least a day or two. Custom flavor combos, character and heart cakes need about 3 days, and edible images about 2–3 weeks. For same-day cakes, please call the store.
When is my order confirmed?
We're not an automated system. We'll text or call you to confirm, and your cake isn't made until you reply. If your pickup is within 24 hours and you haven't heard from us, please call.
How many people does each size serve?
6" about 6–8 · 8" about 10–12 · 10" about 18–20 · 12" about 30.
Can I get three flavors?
Yes, for an extra charge. (We don't recommend three flavors with crunchies inside.)
Can I add more mini cones?
Yes. Each size comes with a set number (2/3/3/5), and extra cones are a small extra charge.
How much do cakes cost?
Prices depend on size and design. Call or visit any shop and we'll happily quote you.
How should I store my cake?
Keep it in the freezer until about 10–15 minutes before serving, then slice with a warm knife.
Do you have soft serve at every shop?
Soft serve and Dole Whip® are at Edison and Old Bridge. Brooklyn has boba tea.
Is Durian available?
By the pint only.
Can I order more than one cake?
Yes. On the order form, tap + Add another cake on the review step. Same pickup, same contact info.
